Order the Molteni cycling jersey and short racing shorts now at an unbeatable set price. This comfortable kit is a replica of the outfit worn by the Italian professional cycling team Molteni during the period 1958–1976.
Molteni was a former Italian cycling team active from 1958 until the end of 1976. Molteni was a salami producer based in Arcore in the Milan region. As a team, Molteni recorded 663 stage wins. Many of those victories were achieved by perhaps the most famous rider to wear Molteni colours, Eddy Merckx. Merckx won both the Tour de France and the Giro d'Italia five times. Two other well-known riders who were part of the team were Gianni Motta and Marino Basso. Motta notched 48 stage wins and Basso 34. In 1976 Molteni permanently stopped sponsoring the cycling team.
