To cancel an order before it has been shipped, please see: Cancel order.

Upon receipt, please check right away whether the items are to your liking and fit properly. You have a 21-day cooling-off period to revoke the purchase.

Retro Wielershirts guarantees that for all returned items you will receive a refund, provided the items are returned in good condition.

Exchanges for a different size are possible up to 2 months after purchase.

For both returns and exchanges, the items must not be damaged, dirty, washed, or altered, and must show no signs of use. All labels or tags must still be attached to/on the item.

To avoid high costs, when returning or exchanging, it is best to use our own return service. The costs of returns from the European Union are generally always cheaper via our return service, regardless of the size and weight of the package.
You can also arrange the return yourself; in that case, you are responsible for the shipment and all costs are entirely at your own expense. In addition, processing may take more time. 

Outside the EU, it is not possible to return items in the usual way. You are responsible for shipping the product and all additional costs such as customs clearance fees. For questions or further details, please contact us.

RETURNS VIA OUR RETURN PORTAL

Exchange or return? Use our return portal - from any country in the European Union you will generally pay less than the usual shipping costs. Follow these steps:

• Go to our return portal >>> 
• Enter your postal code
• Enter the four-digit order number
• Follow the steps in the return portal
• Choose a drop-off point, for example DPD or PostNL (there is always one near you - see below)
• Print the return label and attach it to the package to be returned
• Pack the item(s) properly so no damage can occur (preferably in the original packaging)
• Drop off the package at the drop-off point of your choice and ask for confirmation that you have handed it in
• We process returns within 2 working days after receipt

The return costs are shown in the return portal. In principle, this should always be cheaper than via the post office.
