Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receiving it, without stating the reason. After cancellation, you have 14 days to return your product. You will then receive the full order amount including shipping costs refunded.

Only the costs of transporting the items from your (home) address to our office are for your own account. For the exact rates, please consult the website of your courier. If you make use of the right of withdrawal, the items must be delivered to the entrepreneur with all labels and tags, and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging.

To make use of this right, please contact us via info@retro-cycling.com. 

We will then refund the purchase amount within 14 days after receipt of the items, if the items are received in good condition.
