Please note: there is a difference between cancelling an order and returning it. You can cancel your order as long as it has not yet been shipped. For products that are in stock, our fulfilment partner processes them almost immediately, so unfortunately these can no longer be cancelled. If a product is out of stock, cancellation is usually still possible. Cancellation can be done via the procedure below, and returns via our returns portal: returns.retro-cycling.com.

Cancellation works as follows:

• Go to the form at: account.retro-wielershirts.nl
• You do not need to create an account
• Enter your email address
• A one-time code will be sent to your email (also check your spam folder)
• After entering this code, you will see your order(s) and can click cancel if they have not yet been processed
• You will receive a confirmation that your order has been cancelled
