WARRANTY AND COMPLAINTS
Warranty
We do our best to deliver the products from our shop to you in top condition. Every product is carefully checked before it is dispatched. Nevertheless, it may happen that an order is damaged during transport or that, due to unexpected circumstances, something else happens, which allows you to make a warranty claim. All items purchased from us are covered by the statutory warranty. This means that, as a consumer, you can expect a product in perfect condition.
Besides the fact that you always have a period of 2 weeks after receipt to return the product, you also have a period of 2 months after receipt in which you can report any defects to us.
So if there are any damages during this period of time, or anything else, please let us know at info@retro-cycling.com. Or use the contact form from our online shop.
The products must, as far as reasonably possible, be returned in their original condition and packaging. We therefore ask you to not remove the attached tags and lables. What if you use the items while evaluating them and this causes damage to the items? Then you are liable for this depreciation. If the defect is covered by the guarantee, we will of course repair or replace it free of charge.
Complaints
There is a possibility that something might happen which is not according to plan. We recommend that you first disclose any complaints by mailing us at info@retro-cycling.com. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via the Stichting WebWinkelKeur (this applies for Dutch and/or Belgian customers only).
As of February 15, 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to report complaints through the European Commission’s ODR platform. The ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet handled elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint through the European Union platform.
