Europ-Decor is a professional Belgian cycling team founded in 1982 and was stopped at the end of the season in 1984. In 1983, while competing in the Tour of Italy, Frank Hoste won the 16th stage. The following year, during the Tour de France, Frank Hoste won the 1st, 6th and 21st stage and the overall classification, while Fons De Wolf won the 14th stage.
