Retro Cycling Jersey Goudsmit-Hoff
A replica of the cycling jersey of the Goudsmit-Hoff cycling team. This team of the Dutchman Kees Pellenaars ("de Pel") was sponsored by the wallpaper factory Goudsmit-Hoff in Rijen.
The 1971 team included Gerben Karstens, Leo Duindam, Jos van der Vleuten and Jan Krekels. The team won several criteria and two stages in the Tour de France.
Cycling Team Goudsmit-Hoff - 1971
Gerben Karstens left the team in 1972, but then Rini Wagtmans joined the cycling team instead. More victories followed, including the final classification of Ruta del Sol (Vuelta a Andalucia) by Jan Krekels, the prologue of the Tour of Switzerland, the Dutch National Championship with Tino Tabak and two stages in the Tour de France by Leo Duyndam and one by Rini Wagtmans.
